a dreamy escape!

historical building superb location reference map

I adored the historical building it felt so romantic. the hotel is in a superb location along a picturesque canal! i received helpful advice from the staff at check in regarding transportation around the city. They provided a useful reference map.

our room featured high ceilings, a lovely decor, and comfortable bedding and i slept soundly. the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool, really nice. two fluffy bathrobes were available.

the location provides easy access to many attractions. the vaporetto stop is a very short walk from the hotel! this made traveling around the city easy and convenient and i appreciated this proximity.

awful customer service disappointing experience

the staff was friendly. the breakfast had great variety.

my room looks nothing like the photos online. the reception told me that is seems like that to me. i think this is awful customer service and i was disappointed.
